Rome to Bologna Private Transfer

The price is fixed and agreed in full before your transfer begins. There is no meter running. Tolls, fuel, VAT and driver waiting time are all included. The price you see is the price you pay — nothing more.

We operate a fleet of late-model Mercedes sedans (E-Class and S-Class), Mercedes V-Class minivans and Mercedes Sprinter minibuses. All vehicles are air-conditioned, have leather seating, offer bottled water and 4G Wi-Fi as standard, and are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard before every trip.

All our drivers hold an Italian NCC (Noleggio con Conducente) licence — the professional chauffeur licence required by Italian law for private hire. All vehicles carry full commercial passenger insurance. Our company, CivitavecchiaTransfers di Bounty Limousine Roma, has been operating since 2008.

At Civitavecchia port, your driver waits at the gangway exit or at the agreed meeting point with a sign bearing your name. At Fiumicino airport, your driver is in the arrivals hall, beyond customs, holding a name board. We monitor your ship's arrival and your flight in real time — if there are delays, we adapt automatically. You will never be left waiting.

Yes. Our minivans seat up to 7 passengers with generous luggage space; our minibuses accommodate up to 8 passengers. If you have oversized luggage (pushchairs, wheelchairs, surfboards, musical instruments), let us know when booking and we will select the right vehicle.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure are free of charge. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% fee; cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are charged in full. We always try to accommodate changes where circumstances (weather, flight diversion, medical) make it necessary — please contact us as soon as possible.

Absolutely. We are happy to plan scenic stops, photography breaks or a lunch stop at a trattoria along the route. Just let us know when booking and we will suggest the best options. Short stops (up to 30 minutes total) are included in the fixed price; longer planned stops may carry a small supplement.

Yes, child seats and booster seats are available on request at no extra charge. Please specify the age and weight of your children when booking so we can fit the correct seat.

Payment is made directly to the driver at the end of your transfer, in cash (euros) or by card. We do not require any payment or deposit online. This means you only pay once you have been satisfied with the service.

We track your ship's AIS position and your flight number in real time. If your arrival is delayed, your driver will be updated and will wait. There is no additional charge for reasonable delays caused by circumstances beyond your control.
